Caramel and Bordier Butter Cookies

Recipe developed for Jean-Yves Bordier made from Bordier Semi-Salted Butter. Wake up your taste buds with pieces of salted butter caramel.

 

Ingredients :Wheat flour (GLUTEN), Caramel (Sugar, glucose, whole milk, fresh cream, salted butter, rapeseed lecithin, sucroester), Bordier Semi-Salted Butter, Sugar, Egg yolks, Almond powder, Malt (GLUTEN)
