Petit Moulin Fermier


This cheese is made at the Ferme de la Moltais in Gévezé, less than twenty kilometres from Rennes, respecting animal welfare and a healthy grass-based diet.
The texture of this cheese is creamy and generous; it melts in the mouth. We find delicate notes of cream towards farmhouse style, with animal and warm milk notes.
Ingredients : Raw cow’s milk, Lactic ferments, Rennet, Salt
