The ingredients

• 1L milk
• 6 eggs
• 450g flour
• 4 apples
• 50g Bordier Madagascar Vanilla Butter
• 1 jar Bordier Caramel with Salt Butter

For the pancake dough : Place the flour in a bowl and form a well. Place the eggs in the center and mix gently, gradually adding the milk until you obtain a liquid but slightly thick consistency. Cook the crêpes over a low heat, pouring a ladleful over each crêpe. Wait until each side is cooked before flipping. Melt a dab of Vanilla butter on the still-warm crêpe.

For the topping: Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut the apples into small squares and brown them in a saucepan with the Bordier Madagascar Vanilla Butter. Arrange the caramelized apples in the center of a crêpe and cover with Bordier Beurre Salé Caramel. Enjoy warm!
