Croque-Monsieur ham/goat’s cheese and zucchini/comté cheese and Roscoff onion butter

The ingredients

1 ham/goat croque :

• 2 slices sandwich bread
• 1 slice white ham
• 15g Roscoff Onion Butter
• 3 or 4 slices of goat’s cheese (type: Sainte Maure de Touraine)

1 croque courgette/Comté :

• 2 slices sandwich bread
• 4 slices raw zucchini
• 15g Roscoff Bordier Onion Butter
• 30g Comté cheese slices

Ham and goat cheese croque : Generously butter the bread slices. Add 2 slices of goat’s cheese to one slice, followed by a slice of ham. Close the croque with the remaining slice of bread. Cook the croque in a croque-monsieur maker or under the broiler for a few minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Zucchini/county croque : Generously butter the bread slices. Place 4 slices of zucchini on one of the slices, followed by slices of Comté cheese. Close the croque with the remaining slice of bread. Bake the croque in a croque-monsieur maker or under the broiler for a few minutes, turning halfway through.
