• 70g buckwheat flour
• 120ml milk
• 220g honey
• 50g brown sugar
• 1/2 sachet baking powder
• 2 heaped teaspoons cinnamon
• 50g mandarin peel
• 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
• 1 pinch baking soda
• 1 egg
