Bordier Raspberry Butter is all about contrast: the interplay between the saltiness of our butter and the tangy notes of raspberry creates a remarkable pairing. A meeting of two flavors that work beautifully together. Enjoy it at breakfast on brioche, at lunch with red meat, or in desserts such as delicate shortbread biscuits.
